Aline Dutchi

ALINE DUTCHI – Guitars & vocals

Aline Vargas (Amambai / MS, May 30, 1979), better known by the stage name “Dutchi”, was very young and showed interest in musical instruments and Pop and Rock styles.

At the age of eight he moved to the capital, Campo Grande, where he began to listen to Hard Rock, Punk and Metal, and became interested in the distortion of the electric guitar.

After much insistence with the family, only at the age of 13 he won a guitar from his grandfather – the only one who played any instrument in the family with roots in regional music.

From 14 to 16 he took lessons in guitar and guitar, and at the age of 15 began to venture into a female rock band, where he ended up assuming the position of bass player for two years.

In early 1996, she founded the female rock band called “Kreatures Dark” which began playing Punk, going through various styles until they changed their name to HAZE and signed up for Thrash Metal in 2000.

Having difficulty finding a drummer who remained in her band, at age 18 left the bass and took the drumsticks for two years.

As soon as she was able to find another drummer, she went back down for a year, then played guitar at HAZE for almost two years.

After the last drummer was replaced by a man and he also did not stay in the band, Dutchi eventually returned to the drumsticks in 2002.
In 2002, he also graduated in Visual Arts / Bachelor’s degree from UFMS.

In 2005 he decided that it was time to invest more in HAZE, with recordings and tours, however, due to incompatibility of objectives among the members, in 2006 decided to paralyze the band, and each followed different directions.

From 2006 to 2008, Dutchi sang in a Guns N ‘Roses tribute band called DUST N’BONES, and participated in a Street Dance group called D’SOUL – without many media records.

In 2009, he became involved in personal projects leaving the artistic life aside, returning to the drum and reactivating the band HAZE only in 2012.

In 2013 he started to develop activities, also in São Paulo.

From 2014 to 2016 he played drums in the São Paulo female Death Metal band called SINAYA.

In 2016, after a brief pause due to injuries (tendinitis in the foot and hand), he returned to the sticks to continue the recording projects of HAZE, however, in 2017, when he met drummer Suzane Sampaio, he decided to play guitar again.

In Campo Grande / MS, he took guitar and guitar lessons at the IMUSIC Music Center from 1993 to 1995, where he had drum lessons with Júlio César in 2002. He also had drum lessons with professor SAMUCA BRASIL during the year 2004.

In São Paulo, in the first semester of 2014, he took drum lessons with Professor Roberto Marques (Jaguaré) and in the second semester he studied at the BEAT Drums Institute with EDU GARCIA.
